We organise what you already have.
We build what's missing.
Less manual work and clearer decisions: we understand your business, connect your data and systems and apply AI where it genuinely adds value.
Before automating
The problem isn't the tools.
It's that they don't work together.
This is what we usually find when we come in. None of it is fixed by adding yet another tool.
- Tools that don’t talk to each other.
- Data scattered across sheets, apps and inboxes.
- Manual work repeated every single week.
- AI used without method or judgement.
- Pilots that work small and never scale.
- Reporting that’s slow, or not quite trusted.
- Automations nobody maintains.
- The team never adopts what gets built.
That's why we don't start by automating. We start by understanding where the system breaks.
Workflows
This is what a system looks like, not a standalone tool.
Each case is a real flow end to end: an input, the steps that order it and an outcome the team uses. AI shows up where it adds value, not for show.

D5 Method
Five steps. No shortcuts.
A way of working designed to avoid oversized projects, tools nobody uses and deliverables left half-done.
- Understand
We understand the business before asking for access. Without understanding the why, no system works.
- Prioritise
We separate the urgent from the important. We pick a few initiatives that move the needle.
- Prototype
We validate fast with small pieces, real data and real use by the team.
- Implement
We move from prototype to system: robust, documented and connected to daily work.
- Hand over
We leave knowledge and documentation, and support the team through adoption, maintenance and evolution.
Work systems
Systems the team can use every day.
We don't hand over isolated pieces. We leave systems the team can use, maintain and improve.
A few possible pieces of a larger system.
We don't start from the tool — we start from the work that needs order. We can build on what you already use, add new pieces, or build the layer that's missing.

Where to start
A concrete problem, a clear way in.
You don't need to start with a big project. Every situation has its first step — and you choose it.
A chatbot for your website
It serves and guides your visitors with your approved content, integrated into a website that already exists.
Data & systems assessment
We analyse your real system — data, tools, dependencies and priorities — and give you what you need to decide.
Build or connect
Projects with a defined scope, on top of what you already use: Data integration and architecture. Process automation. Reporting and decision systems. Applied AI and internal assistants.
Interim or project leadership
Someone senior at the helm of your data or technology for a while — often called interim or fractional. They also run programmes or recover blocked initiatives.
Training and executive sessions
Hands-on workshops so your team uses AI with criteria, and sessions for leadership and boards.
Why Dateliers
We don't sell magic.
We bring judgement.
Five principles that explain why the projects we deliver are still running months later.
- 01Clarity before technologyThe right tool is the one the organisation can maintain. Not the newest, nor the most expensive.
- 02Proportionate solutionsWe design to the real size of the problem. No over-engineering, no architectures that drown the team.
- 03Useful, ethical AIWhere it adds value, with traceability of what it decides. AI doesn't replace clear criteria: it amplifies them.
- 04Handover to the teamWe train, document and support adoption so the system gets used, evolves and keeps generating value.
- 05Sustainable resultsWe build for the coming years, not the next screenshot. No technical debt dressed up as progress.
Assessment
What can become clear in the first weeks.
- A map of your processes and tools.
- 3–5 opportunities prioritised by impact and effort.
- A working prototype flow, not a slide.
- Clear criteria to decide what to automate and what not.
- A realistic implementation roadmap.
- Documentation so the team can use and maintain it.
- Quick wins identified to start soon.
Concrete, measured outcomes. Without promising numbers we haven't validated with you yet.
#Barruntivos
Barruntar is Spanish for sensing something from early signals. We call barruntivos the people who recognise a possibility while it is still only signals.
AI is leaving clues.
Can you sense them?
FAQ
Questions before starting.
How is Dateliers different from a traditional consultancy?
Projects with a clear scope, solutions sized to the real problem and a delivery designed so your team can use and maintain the system. Afterwards we can stay involved, supporting and improving it, when that adds value.
Do we need tidy data or a BI already in place?
No. We start with an assessment that defines the real starting point. Sometimes the first step is tidying what's there; other times, setting up the minimum viable to start deciding with data.
Can we start with just a small process?
Yes. In fact it's usually the most sensible: pick a specific friction, prototype a solution and validate whether it adds value before scaling.
Does this replace my team or help it?
It doesn't replace your team's criteria. It cuts repetitive tasks, improves traceability and gives the team systems they can use with more autonomy.
Do you work with companies without an internal tech team?
Yes. We adapt the technical level to the team. The solution is documented, understandable and maintainable: it doesn't depend on a demo nobody knows how to use.
And after implementing, what?
We support the rollout and, when it makes sense, stay with you afterwards: answering questions, fixing what doesn't work and improving the system as it gets used. Your team stays in charge; we're the backup.
